Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Are Teva products waterproof or water-resistant?
Many of our sandals are water-ready and designed to dry quickly, making them perfect for river activities and beach wear. However, our leather and suede lifestyle boots are water-resistant but not fully waterproof unless specified in the product description.
What sustainable practices does Teva follow?
Since 2020, 100% of our iconic straps are made using traceable, verifiable recycled plastic using REPREVE yarn. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint by using sustainable materials and reducing water usage in our supply chain.
How should I clean and maintain my Teva footwear?
For sandals, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water. Avoid machine washing. To eliminate odors, you can use a soft brush to scrub the footbed and air dry them away from direct sunlight.
