If you are not 100% satisfied with your Teva purchase, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic returns to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box with the return label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location; you will receive a refund confirmation email once processed at our warehouse.
